Product Structure:

• Conductor: Made of multi-strand ultra-fine precision-twisted oxygen-free copper wire or tinned copper wire, compliant with VDE 0295 Class 6 standards.

• Insulation: Special mixed PVC insulation (silicone, iron gas dragon, or TPE optional).

• Core Wire Color: Color-coded core wires for identification; multi-core wires use white/black core wires with numerical differentiation.

• Core Wire Structure: Core wires are twisted with optimized pitch and then twisted into a cable (chain drag structure optional).

• Inner Lining: PP tape or non-woven fabric
