8x0.14mm2 linear stepper motor Cables

Replaces Igus linear motor cable HIWIN/Hiwin linear motor cable, suitable for long-term high-speed drag chain, bending and high-strength applications such as imported/domestic linear motors. Meets high requirements in mechanical, chemical and thermal properties, can withstand long-term acceleration, deceleration, tensile and compressive stress, and more than 20 million cyclic bending. They are also resistant to high temperature, metal shavings and splashing, oil and other chemicals.

Conductor: High-strength, bend-resistant fine tinned copper strands

Insulation material: High-performance Teflon material

Core structure: Low-speed drag chain cores are twisted together with short pitches, high-speed drag chain cores are twisted twice, special anti-torsion structure

Core identification: Cross-sectional area < 0.5 mm2, colored core identification

Cross-sectional area ≥ 0.5 mm2, one is yellow-green ground wire, the rest are black core wires with white numbers

Shielding density: Minimum coverage 90%

Outer sheath: Special PUR sheath

Color: Black/Blue/Green
