Replacement servo linear actuator cables for IGUS direct drive linear motors HIWIN/Sun Silver, suitable for long-term high-speed drag chains, bending, and high-strength applications of imported/domestic linear motors. They meet high requirements for mechanical, chemical, and thermal performance, enduring prolonged acceleration, deceleration, tensile, and compressive stress, as well as over 20 million cycles of periodic bending. They are also resistant to high temperatures, metal chip splashes, oil, and other chemicals

• Conductor: Uses high-strength, flexible tin-plated copper multi-strand wires.

• Insulation Material: High-performance PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) material.

• Core Structure:

• For low-speed drag chain cables, the cores are twisted together with short pitch.

• For high-speed drag chain cables, the cores undergo double twisting, featuring a specially designed anti-torsion structure.

• Core Identification:

• For cross-sectional areas < 0.5 mm², color-coded core identification is used.

• For cross-sectional areas ≥ 0.5 mm², one core is yellow-green for grounding, while the others are black with white numeric markings.

• Shielding Density: Minimum coverage of 90%.

• Outer Sheath: Special PUR (Polyurethane) sheath.

• Colors: Available in black, blue, or green.
