pur CAT7 Industrial Ethernet cables 4x2x0,14mm² Category 7 Cable

pur CAT7 Industrial Ethernet cables are 8-core shielded cables, with each pair featuring a shielding layer (typically metallic foil shielding by DINTEK), and an additional shielding layer around all 8 cores (typically metal braided wire shielding by DINTEK). They use the same RJ-45 interface as current standards. The overall shielding (typically metal braided wire shielding by DINTEK) plus pair shielding (typically metal foil shielding by DINTEK) categorizes CAT7 cables (from DINTEK) as S/FTP CAT.7 (HSY VP-7), with a maximum transmission frequency of 600/1000MHz.

There are significant differences between CAT6 and CAT7 cabling systems, most notably in bandwidth. CAT6 channels provide at least 200MHz of comprehensive attenuation crosstalk ratio and an overall bandwidth of 250MHz. In contrast, CAT7 systems can provide at least 500MHz of comprehensive attenuation crosstalk ratio and an overall bandwidth of 600MHz. The demand for more bandwidth is driven by numerous broadband applications. For instance, a typical CAT7 channel can provide a bandwidth of 862MHz for one pair to transmit video signals, another pair for analog audio signals, and the third and fourth pairs for high-speed LAN information. While this application may currently seem like science fiction, it could soon become reality.

Another difference between CAT6 and CAT7 systems is their structure. CAT6 cabling systems can use both UTP and STP, whereas CAT7 systems are solely based on shielded cables. In CAT7 cables, each pair has a shielding layer, and all four pairs together have a common large shielding layer. Physically, these additional shielding layers contribute to a larger cable diameter for CAT7.

An important distinction is also seen in their hardware connection capabilities. CAT7 systems require connectors to provide at least 60dB of comprehensive near-end crosstalk (NEXT) across all pairs at 600MHz. In contrast, CAT5e systems only require 43dB at 100MHz, and CAT6 systems have a requirement of 46dB at 250MHz.

CAT7 double-shielded network patch cables offer transmission bandwidth 6 times that of CAT5E and 2.4 times that of CAT6, reaching up to 500MHz in bandwidth.

The Calde CAT7 double-shielded cables utilize 26AWG single-strand pure oxygen-free copper with double shielding: pair-wise aluminum foil shielding plus overall braided layer shielding, ensuring stable network transmission in external interference environments and fully supporting gigabit transmission. They are a reliable choice for high-standard cabling systems.

The outer jacket color is typically purple, but other colors can be chosen based on requirements.
